Biltong is a delicious and versatile snack that’s cured and air-dried over 3-6 days depending on the size of the Steaks.

We use Premium Australian Black Angus Beef (Yearling) that is free from Hormones and is 100% Grass fed.

It’s a healthy snack to have between meals or workouts to give you a high quality protein-packed boost to keep you going.

You can select: Type (Traditional - contains fat, or Lean & Mean - fat free), and Weights up to 1kg - all thinly sliced.
