Traditional Spice Blend Biltong - Sliced

The Traditional Spice Blend is a simple combination of spices steeped in tradition and intimately part of South African history.

On the African continent, You’ll often find this applied to more than just Beef! Our favourites include: Kudu, Springbok (ya no probs eating the National animal - this is Africa) and a good few others in between.

Ingredients:
Our blend consists of a combination of: Freshly ground Black Pepper, Coriander and salt - just salt, not rock salt or any other salt :-)
