Our Droëwors is 100% Beef, we do not mix our Beef with any other meat in our Droëwors. Typically, it’s mixed with Venison meats like wild Buck. 

We use exactly the same Beef in our Droëwors as we do with our steaks - Premium Australian Black Angus Beef - 100% Grass-fed.

We use natural sausage casings (Lamb) and dry our Droëwors out fully - so you should get a snap and tear when you bite and a chewy burst of flavour :-). 

Droëwors last for ages, it’s ideal for snacks, post sports - forgetting in your kit and finding it 4 months later while on a hike ;-)

The Mozambique Peri Peri Spice Blend is a fiery and flavourful blend of spices and herbs that originated in Mozambique, combining Mediterranean herbs (influenced by the Portuguese) and African spices, in particular the Malagueta Pepper.
It is a staple in many African and Portuguese dishes. 
We have researched the origins of Peri Peri and use the same ingredients in the same proportions as originally documented in order to achieve the original taste. 

Oh, and yes, it’s hot :-)

Ingredients:
Our blend consists of a combination of: Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Dried Oregano, Dried Parsley, Ground Cardamom, Ground Ginger, Ground Coriander, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Raw Sugar, Course Salt, Malagueta Pepper (African Chilli) & Cayenne Pepper.
All Spice blends are prepared FRESH per batch.
