Australian Bush Spice Blend - Droëwors

Our Droëwors is 100% Beef, we do not mix our Beef with any other meat in our Droëwors. Typically, it’s mixed with Venison meats like wild Buck. 

We use exactly the same Beef in our Droëwors as we do with our steaks - Premium Australian Black Angus Beef - 100% Grass-fed.

We use natural sausage casings (Lamb) and dry our Droëwors out fully - so you should get a snap and tear when you bite and a chewy burst of flavour. 

Droëwors last for ages, it’s ideal for snacks, post sports - forgetting in your kit and finding it 4 months later while on a hike ;-)

The Australian Bush Spice Blend is a unique combination of Australian Bush spices blended for an authentic Bush Tukka experience.

We’ve selected a combination of locally sourced Spices and Herbs from right here in New South Wales, Australia.

Ingredients:
Our blend consists of a combination of: Australian Wild Black Berries, NSW Marjoram, NSW Wild Lavender, Ground Black Wattle and teeny tiny bit of crushed Lemon Myrtle, on and salt - just salt, not rock salt or any other salt :-)

All Spice blends are prepared FRESH per batch.
