Get a bag of Steaks to store and cut exactly how you wish - remember to cut the chunks or slices perpendicular to the grain so that each piece is like a mini steak!
This is the best way to keep your Biltong for extended periods of time. Store in a cool dry place (in a brown bag so it can breath) and it will last for a few months to a year depending on the level of humidity and warmth - cool and dry is best.

Our blend consists of a combination of: Australian Wild Black Berries, NSW Marjoram, NSW Wild Lavender, Ground Black Wattle and teeny tiny bit of crushed Lemon Myrtle, on and salt - just salt, not rock salt or any other salt :-)
